Two friends of mine have had their homes invaded or been physically assaulted or both in just the past two weeks. I have heard reports of many more home invasion on patients as well. This one just hit home really hard because I know the people involved and it may have cost my friend his life. It is that serious. He has a clot in his brain now and they are not sure he will make it through this night. To read more on this please visit my blog post here: http://medical420.deviantart.com/blog/30864766/ If you pray, please pray for my friend tonight. Angel

Scary shit alright.. I had a neighbor jacked, five minutes after he dropped me off from the smoke out concert we attended.. that was only about three or four months ago..
He said the guy almost killed him.. if he hadn't been able to open the door and scream for help, he just might be dead..

Thanks you two.

I am in communication with Renee and keeping informed by visiting the CannaCare forums. Steve Sarich runs those and has already been in contact with Renee and the rest of the family. The lawyer he wants to recommend is out of town until Monday, but trust me Steve will not let this one just slide. Someone needs to pay! He just replied once more to questions on Mike's health and only had bad news.

Steve S Writes: "Unfortunately, I have more bad news. Mike is in a coma. The doctors have told his mother that he has a blood clot in his lungs and needs a blood thinner to keep him alive. They have also told her that this is a Catch-22 and the blood thinner is likely to cause more bleeding in his brain, which will also kill him."

I am not sure he even survived the night. I am really sick about this guys...

Positive energy and thoughts headed you and your friends way, Happy. Unfortunately, the sick and disabled are still victims on all fronts.

I must state the importance of ownin a gun and knowin how to properly use it is very important in this day and age.

How horrible! Hoping your friend recovers HappilyDayzed. Thinking positive thoughts for your friend!
I hope the police get the low life thugs and the courts punish them severely. Angry

Until last Saturday I have been lucky enough to not have some one close to me have to suffer a violent home invasion robbery. My friend has a large bump on his head and a deep cut hand he got from a machete while fighting to keep them out of his home. He is a large, strong, healthy man and does not grow and has nothing of real value in his home either. He was lucky enough to escape and his neighbors called the police. Sadly the police were not very helpful either. Still no idea why he was targeted either.

The horror stories are wretching! Couple yrs back my ol house was robbed and grow was snatched. Fortunately, small town with few smokers and more tweakers so I went down the list. Only one person had a door kicked in but it was him anyhow. And I knew it. Got everything back, plants included, but 2 plants and a bottle of nutes. Shit flies in Calif and Colo with robberies and assualtin patients.

I don't answer my door without a handgun UNLESS I absofuckinlutely know who it is, sleep with one on either side of the bed, and hands reach while watchin tv or eatin dinner. DC and I will not take a chance with kids and meds in the house. My dogs alert after dark I go out with a flashlight and .40.

These are knobgobblers who prey on the sick and weak, dyin and disabled. But it only takes 3.5 lbs of pressure to send a motherfuckin slimey dirtbag cheesedick to hell! I must emphasize that Americans are allowed, by law, to own a gun...like Nike said...Just Do It. The life you save may be your very own.

Keith, best wishes to your amigo. Crazy fuckin world we live in and the septic is gettin full. No way to flush the criminals with the tank full of non violent cannabis prisioners! Hope your buddy is all good!

"Don't taze me, bro!" LMAO! I wanna get one just to taze friends. Back when I was rodeoin...open arenas with a lot of metal on rainy days, I'd be up on a chute rail or somethin watchin rides and another cowboy would cattle prod the wet metal under my ass! Or we"d just have prod wars for laughs. And stun gunned myself one time cause a buddy said it didn't hurt. Yeah fuckin right! I shocked myself on a fuckin metal pin in my knee! Oh fuck yeah, my balls shriveled up and still unsure how I kept from pissin myself! Seriously though...a tazer may work but don't get caught takin a knife to a gun fight. Sucks tis the way it is but more criminals have guns than honest people.

Another funny sidenote. According to FBI/ATF, individuals who are known to have guns or readily carry are least likely to be victims of robbery/assualt...provided the weapon is visable and or readily avail. I've been in a convenience store while bein robbed...I will never be in that situation again without a weapon.

Thank you all for your compassionate comments and support. This whole thing has me seeing red. Mike breeds and trains some of the most beautiful and well behaved Pitbulls you will ever meet. Why in all of God's green earth he did not have one with him is beyond me. The whole situation makes me ill. I feel like I am going to go stark raving mad! Continue to think about my friend and send positive energy his way. He needs it...

Well this is now officially a MURDER investigation. Mike did not make it through the night. Here is the latest from Steve S. @ CannaCare.org

Quote from: Steve S.
I'm very, very sorry to report that Mike Howard, age 38, died last night of the injuries that he suffered during the home invasion on his garden. His heart stopped 5 times last night and they were finally unable to restart it.

Mike had his face crushed with a crow bar that the murders were using to pry the plywood off the side of his grow shed so that they could rob his small garden. Mike was conscious for a short time and told Rene, his room mate, that he never saw his attackers.

Mike was a CannaCare patient and posted here on the forum. Mike was a great guy with a big heart. He was a contractor and volunteered countless hours around here. He was also a dog breeder and owned "Seattle's Best Pits". He donated "Nala", our champagne pit bull that many of you have met, as well as "Rucker" our new pit puppy.

This is now a murder AND robbery case. He was murdered by animals who knew that marijuana patients NEVER get help from law enforcement. While he was in a coma, dying, he was robbed again by the Pierce County Sheriff's Department who cut down his small garden and terrorized Rene, who is only 19.

This is the same law enforcement agency that, "oops", forgot to take the murder weapon with them the night Mike was brutally attacked. They took no fingerprints. They took no photos. There was no investigation. Are the police sending a message that it's "open season" on patients here in Washington? Are they confirming that it's "OK" to murder us and that we can't expect to get any help from them? What are we to think?

I will not let this one slip through the cracks. The Pierce County Sheriff's office has some serious bad karma headed their direction. The press needs to let the public know that this is how we are treated by LEO, even though we're completely legal.

Once Rene is up to getting me the exact details of what happened, I'll post more here.

R.I.P. Mikey

Happy, I’m sorry to hear what happen to my friend. Like Keith said, “I hope the police get the low life thugs and the courts punish them severely.” I hope everything works out well for him in the end.

Why don’t rippers understand that it’s just a plant that need very little attention and grow their own? If they’re willing to break the law like that to get some pot why don’t they just grow a 100 plants one summer Huh?

Oh that’s right… it takes stupidity to harm another human and they probably couldn’t figure out how to grow a weed.

I hope the cock suckers go to prison and become someone’s bitch.

My prayers go to your friend happy.
