BACON BUDDLE CHEESEBURGER
Propane and propane accessories? Why yes, Hank, I'll take some because, hot damn, it's barbeque season! Did you know that one out of every five times someone fires up a barbeque in North America it's for a hamburger, and home-cooked burgers only represent 30% of the burgers eaten here? That's a lot of burgers. Since burgers are one of our favorite meals I thought I'd give y'all something extra to go with that bun.

Ingredients:


1/4 lb chopped, crispy cooked bacon
1/2 large onion diced (optional)
1-1.5g bud or hash (ground up)
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
2 tbsp beer
   
Directions:

Mix the grated cheese with the bacon, bud, and onion and set aside. Combine the hamburger, seasoning salt, and beer and mix thoroughly then shape into six thin patties. Put the bacon mixture on top of the three patties and cover them with the remaining three patties. Seal the edges and BBQ until well done.
