LEMON "BLUNT" CAKE
I've been fighting for unrestricted medicinal cannabis access for Canadians for over two decades. Diagnosed with MS in the late '70s, I use marijuana to control the painful symptoms associated with this terrible disease. The Universal Comapnion Centre, the dispensary I run in Calgary, Alberta, has been providing the sick with clean, affordable, medicine since 1998. I collaborated with my wife, Marie C.R. Krieger, on Cooking for Life: Recipes with Cannabis Butter (Lark Publishing, 2000).

Ingredients:

1 package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 oz) package instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cups oil
2 teaspoons cannabis butter
3/4 cups water
   
Directions:

Combine the ingredients. Bake in a bundt pan for 40 minutes. at 350 degrees F or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Drizzle with lemon icing.
